DH is out in the pouring rain...
...trying to capture a cat that has been under our neighbors car, crying for the last hour and a half. 
He just seems so scared--I hope we can catch him.

DH had him about 1/2 way into the cat carrier (he had a bowl of food in there), but he backed out before DH could close the door.
He's still out there...and I feel so bad.
We left the food out on the front steps for him. Hopefully he'll realize that we're trying to help and he'll keep coming back.
