so funny you say that- b/c that is what we were taling about the most
not what we want in a house- but what type of house they would like
Crokey would want me to have a huge walk in closet (his favorite spot)
Maggie might like a split - she loves stairs
I feel like like they are going to get lost in it- I am so used to an apartment!

that's really nice- but out of my price range unless it was a 2 family
I think Jake wants to move to westchester more then he wants to stay in Queens now!

Awesome ! congrats - it's an exciting time and you will definitely get some good deals - I can't believe what my money could buy in 2007 - versus 2005. Sometimes it pays to wait! Good luck :)

I was just looking on craigs list- wow- the difference from last year is crazy
so many houses say drastic price reduction or reduced for quick sale
I was looking for a house I loved last year (total long shot) but I can't remember the town!
