DH keeps asking me....
In order to have the healthiest child possible, what can we do before we TTC??? I told him it's obvious - eat well, don't drink...live a healthy life. Also take multivitamins...
Any other tips??

Folic acid. you can even get prenatals without a prescription.

Def. all the things you mention, plus, I would visit your gyn before your ready to start, and have him or her run some bloodwork, just to be sure everything ready to go! Good luck!

I would get blood work from the doctor, they checked to make sure my Rubella vaccination was up to date, it was not so I had to get the vaccanation and then not get pregnant for a month after that...good luck Alicia
