DH told me
That my dieting has been working for him. He lost 10 lbs without even trying.  I've only lost 5! Grrrr  He thinks it is because we don't eat out as much and so he is not eating all the junk he normally would be eating.

Same here! DH has lost 10 lbs since I started doing core in January. They have it so easy don't they

You know what I've tried doing today? Every time I take a portion for myself, I take a little off my plate and put it on DH's. That way I know we're not splitting it down the middle. Because he should be eating more than I am anyways since he weighs more. So I think that is helping.
