diaper changing station question
why do I feel like I'm forgetting something???
So far (besides the obvious changing table, changing pad, and pad cover) I have:
diapers ointment vaseline talc-less powder wipes stink containment (bags for the little bombs)
I currently have everything organized on a shelf.....
what else is there? anything??? I haven't had my shower yet, so the changing mat / diaper bag is not yet here... but it IS on my registry.
thanks for your input!

Re: diaper changing station question
I also had:
Thermometer Cloth diapers: to dry the tushy after the wipes, as well as to cover the kitten (yes, baby girls pee when exposed to air too!) alcohol and Q-tips for stump cleaning, and later on the Q-tips are used for a variety of other things. lotion for after baths grooming kit (nail clippers, baby brush, nasal aspirator)
I also keep all the "meds" there as well: baby tylenol, teething tablets, Mylicon.

Re: diaper changing station question
i put a lap pad over the changing pad where his peepee is. it is much easier to change a little lap pad than the entire cover....although that has happened several times anyway
i keep his hair brush and all the supplies in a basket next to the changing pad.
if you're having a boy you will need gauze for the circumcision so get a stock of that.
