Diapers - Size Question
Hi,
Ava is going to be a year in a few days. She must weigh about 20 maybe 20.5 lbs.
I have her in size 3 now.. But her little tussie sometimes sticks out. But the package says from 16-28 lbs..
Should I go up to size 4?
TIA, Denise

Re: Diapers - Size Question
sure, go up. You really can't go by the weight on the box, sometimes it's just the shape of the baby. I usually go by if they are starting to leak I go up to the next size.

Re: Diapers - Size Question
My DD never "fit" into the right weight of diapers. She is 36lbs. and I put L-XL Goodnights on her to sleep and the weight is 65-125 lbs.

Re: Diapers - Size Question
Christopher has been in size 4 since he was about 7 months old, because he kept leaking. I'd say if her tush is sticking out, it's time to go up. The sizing on diapers is never very accurate. It's only an average.

No, seriously, thanks. She has been leaking a little. I was just trying to hold off as long as I could.. I am cheap! :)

Re: Diapers - Size Question
Julia weighs about the same (maybe a pound or 2 more) and she is in a 4 huggies, and a 5 luvs. I never go by the package.

Re: Diapers - Size Question
If you look on the next size box, you may find that her weight fall into that size as well. They overlap in size. I'd go up a size.
