Diapers.com question about coupons

I have a bunch of Pampers points that I never cashed in so I was going to get diapers.com gcs for a family member who is having a baby early next year. Neither one of us have ever used them so we had a few questions.

I saw they take manufacturer coupons, will they also apply their coupon to the same offer? Will they apply more than one of their own coupon code to the offer? For example, what if I have a $3 off from Pampers and then they are offering $5 off code on their website, can we use both?

I used $50 in gift card numbers (so 5 $10 codes) at the same time. They were also running a promo and gave me the promo sale as well. In order to use the multiple codes I had to call them, but they were a pleasure to work with and I feel like their customer service people went above and beyond for me.

They were out of the items I wanted but they took my info and made sure to call me to let me know when I could proceed with my order. I wanted 18 of one thing and they wanted to make sure I was not reselling it. It was a melissa and doug paint your own train that I gave out as a goody bag favor.
