Did a search for this, but it is a blocked word!! re: baby's temperature
I did a search for fever, um it said to search for a non blcked word. Hello?
Anyway, Ped's office said to call if DS's temp ever 100.5 or higher. I just took it and it is 99.7, is that anything to worry about??
TIA!!

I'd call to let them know. They'll probably tell you to monitor it & if it gets higher to bring DC in.

DD has often gotten a temp that high while teething but she has been fine.

They don't consider that a fever, but definitely make sure it doesn't go up. I used to call for anything over 100.0

Just curious why you took her temp in the first place? Was she showing signs of being sick? If so then I'd call, if not then I'd keep my eye on her, take it in the morning and call then if it is still high.
