Did anyone catch Emeril making Key Lime Martinis last night?
I have to get the recipe. He did it without a shaker. Here's what it it was, although I don't know exact measurements:
Coat the rim in lime juice, then cover the rim with crumbled graham cracker
Fill glass with ice, then put 2 slices lime
Some vanilla-flavored vodka and then key-lime liquor (looked like a cream)
Then a bit of pineapple juice and a splash of coconut milk. It looked sooo delicious!
