I wish we had done that instead... We paid $150 and spent a whole Saturday for nothing we already didn't know or haven't already seen... We only did breathing pracitce for about 10 -15 minutes and that is what we mainly went for...

Re: Did anyone do Lamaze on DVD??
Ok I just ordered this one for 28 bucks on Ebay. It was produced in 2005(so it's current) and it goes over what a typical Lamaze class reviews & more...........
Lamaze CD We watched it in the comfort of our own home and was able to pause in btw chapters and went back and revisted important chapers! It is a much easier and cheaper way to learn about lamaze!!! I highly recommend this dvd for new moms and dads!!!
This DVD is divided into 6 classes, just as a regular, live prenatal course would be. The classes are 1. Anatomy and Preliminary Signs of Labor (31:45) 2. Three Actual Signs of Labor and Two Breathing Techniques (57:50) 3. Labor and Delivery (49:25) 4. Pushing and Third Breathing Technique (49:25) 5. Medications Used in Labor, Induction, Forceps, Vacuum, and Monitoring (56:50) 6. Cesarean Delivery, Post-op C/S, and Postpartum Vaginal Delivery (40:50)

You should FM Erin (emc). She did a DVD, but I don't know which one.
