Did anyone else have their j.crew flip flops cancelled?
Sorry if this has been posted, but I was away...I received one pair of my flip flops and was informed that the other pair was "permanently unavailable."
Happen to anyone else?

Yes, if you find the original thread, it was found out they cancelled because of thier mistake and didn't want to offer the shoes at that low cost  I still need to call and get p is sy with them!

I got the same email but haven't called them yet.
They took those flip flops off their website too so you can't even see what alternate is available.

I got it and checked the website and saw that they ahve the same exact patterns in ones that are not wedges
I asked if I could have the ones without wedges for the same price and they said aboslultey not.
It was becaue of their pricing mistake they were slammed with orders, and they also advised that if they do get them in again, they will sell for 26.50
I told them to take my name off their mailing & email list.

CRAP no!!! AND I was just at the outlet today and they had them and lots of them
ETA....
I am ******...both were cancelled and I didn't even realize...I could have bought these today

yes I posted on the original thread - total BS if you ask me!
I spoke with them on the phone and sent an email, this is basically how they are handling it.... totally unacceptable!
We certainly understand your disappointment over this situation and
appreciate your taking the time to share this additional feedback with
us. The critter grosgrain wedge flip flops have sold out, in large
part, because of an error in pricing on our website. This error
incorrectly listed these flip flops at $5.25. The correct price is
$26.50, as displayed in the February edition of our catalog.
Despite this error, J.Crew honored the price of $5.25, as posted, for
the critter grosgrain flip-flops we had on hand. Our website was
overloaded with activity and allowed more orders than we were able to
fulfill at this price. We regret any inconvenience caused by this
situation and are working hard to ensure greater availability of all
items in the future.
We have documented your comments and will take them under consideration.
