Did anyone else not gain weight in 1st tri??
I am going onto my 12th week this weekend, and I have lost about 5 lbs. I havent been sick really, naseous here and there, but nothing crazy. I have been eating healthier for the most part... but I have not gained.
My first 3 lbs lost brought me back to my pre-IVF weight... then I lost two more. Could it be because I am FINALLY off all drugs (progesterone, ect)??
The scale is dropping but my belly certianly is not shrinking. Shouldnt I be gaining weight by now?
Just another reason why I worry...lol.

I didnt gain any weight in the first trimester. I actually lost 4 pounds and unlike you I was not sick at all. I think the lack of wine helped me loose some weight  and i was watching everything that I ate.
As long as your doctor isnt concerned about it, you should not worry at all.

I lost 5 lbs, but it has been a combination of severe nighttime nausea and attempting to eat better.

I am 18wks and lost 6pds as of my last appt. I also did not have MS, but I have been eating healthier then I ever had in my life and I am sure that has everything to do with it.
I would not worry and less to lose later on

I lost 20lbs. in my 1st tri. It was because I was really sick the whole time but the baby was perfectly fine.

I lost 10lbs my first trimester.
I am now 33weeks and am still down 1lb.
My dr told me not to worry about it and the baby is growing fine.

I lost about 5-7 pounds in first trimester because I was soooo sick..
I've gained 5 pounds of it back so far... I expect the next weigh in to be a big jump because I've really been eating lately because I feel better! 
Baby is exactly where he should be weight wise so it's fine that I haven't gained much.

I lost 10 lbs first tri bc of severe MS . I gained it all back so no worries

I lost 5 lbs in the beginning from barely eating... but now I'm up 5 lbs from my pre-pregnancy weight. So I guess all in all I've gained about 5 lbs so far. I am 20 weeks.

With my first pregnancy, I lost 15lbs in the first tri. Different story this time My son was born at a VERY healthy weight at 39 weeks. LOL I wouldn't worry about your weight

I didn't. I believe the first weight gain was between my 12 wk and 16 wk appointment.

I didn't gain any weight in the first tri....I also didnt have any morning sickness so I was surprised. Don't worry, it will catch up with you!

that is exactly what happened to me. I lost 3 pounds in my first trimester and was not really sick at all... in my second I have only gained back the 3 pounds and thats it. Everyone says I look like I am loosing weight but it seems to just be shifting to my belly and baby. Docs says everything is ok. Dont worry!

I didn't gain anything in my first trimester. It wasn't until my 19 week appt that I saw a weight gain of 3 lbs.

You probably don't realize it, but the light nausea could be creating food aversions. So you are probably eating differently and less than normal.
I lost 6 lbs in the first tri, although I was vomiting...soooo.

I didn't gain any weight at all in the first tri. I actually lost abut 8 pounds. I am now slowly putting on weight.
