Did anyone else watch Liam Neeson on 60 Minutes last night?
It's been 5 yrs since his wife's (Natasha Richardson) death of head injury.
Anderson interviewed him at their house upstate. And he was saying her presence is still very much in the house and he still has all her clothes
So sad to hear him talking about how there are days he still thinks he will hear her voice when the door open.

I didn't watch it, but I read an article about him in the Sunday paper and just about fell apart when I read that he told her this, as she lay in a coma:
‘Sweetie, you’re not coming back from this, you’ve banged your head.'

Did anyone else watch Liam Neeson on 60 Minutes last night?
I get teary just thinking about them. It seemed like they had a wonderful relationship and the he loved her so much. Even with 5 years having passed, he still talk about her with so much love. You can tell he has not moved on.

I didn't watch but recently watched love actually again and the part where he lost his wife and the funeral scene is so haunting b/c the movie came out 6 yrs. before Natasha passed in real life...

Friends of mine had dinner with them just one week before she passed. They said she was so sweet and friendly - very down to earth and the two them were great together. So very sad.

Please, everyone, if you or anyone you know EVER hits their head have them go to the hospital and get a scan no matter what. Even if you or they feel fine and even if a doctor says it is not needed. I can't tell you how easy it is to end up with a brain injury that could cause severe disability or death.
