Did anyone ever return anything to Snapfish, Shutterfly...?
I ordered prints from Snapfish and when i got them, the sand in a picture on the beach was green! They are the invites to my SIL's bridal shower! I have to return them....has anyone done this?

I had quality issues with prints from Shutterfly once - they replaced them free of charge. I didn't have to return the original set they sent me.

I called them and they said it was no problem...i have to send them back the photos....I am just nervous that if they don't get back to them, i won't get the refund. Like they'll get lost in the mail or something...that's my luck :(
