Did anyone get a BFP after only ONE IUI?
I am starting clomid tomorrow and will have my first IUI this month. Besides being extremely nervous, I am also pessimistic (unfortunately, it's my nature).
I'm hoping to hear some success stories to make me realize that it is possible. If not, of course, we'll try again. I know that it's unlikely I will get PG after my first IUI and I just need to remind myself of this.
If you did get a BFP, did you do anything different that month? Preseed, etc?
This is all so stressful

My 2 year old is the result of a single, unmedicated IUI. I wasn't overly optimistic and I couldn't believe it when I got my BFP!

My first born was conceived on the first IUI with clomid

I must add that with my second pregnancy, we tried IUI's with clomid 4 times and nothing. The next step was injectibles with IUI and that worked on the first try and resulted in my twin boys.
I don't think that I did anything different in either case.
