Did anyone get any good after xmas sales?
I was too broke to go shopping and didn't feel like dealing with crowds, but I did pass by Hicks Nursery and got a 2 ft high boy and girl stuffed gingerbread people.

my main score was at Yankee Candle
3pk car freshners- $3 (bought 5pks)
medium glass candles - $7 (bought 2)
tarts for tart warmers - $1 each ( bought 5)
Pretty much struck out everywhere else as far as good sales prices- overall was dissapointed with the shopping discounts after x-mas

We got an awesome price on a kick-azz new flat screen lcd tv today at 6th ave.
Ended up paying about $2,000 less than the "list price" after some negotiating!!!!!!!

Well, not that it was exactly an after Christmas sale, but the Lake Grove Steve & Barry's had their last day yesterday. I got $250 worth of stuff for $15.

Except for end of season sales on clothing, everything I see is more expensive than the sales between Thanksgiving and Christmas.
