I got one & just took it out of the box today. I have to say that I am pretty intimidated by it!

DH is the one who cooks and he ordered it. He already used it several times and so far it's great. This will be really helpful during the week when the kids have late practices because dinner can be made so quickly.

I have one but don't use it all the time. Join the FB group and you can get tons of help and recipies. I've made cheesecakes and key lime pie and they were so easy and delicious among many other things!

My cousin got one last prime day and she raves about it. She's constantly posting pics of meals she makes with it and calls it her baby. I feel like she works sales for this company. She's like an infomercial.

I have one and love it!! I make bone broth in it weekly, and have adapted many of my recipes to use it...I steam artichokes in it instead of on the stove; I make all of my soups in it now. It hasn't replaced everything in my kitchen, because I still find I like the way some things come out on the stove or in the oven, but it is a serious life changer for me...I can put a meal that usually takes hours on the table in an hour.

I love mine! I made 30 minute ribs and they were fall off the bone delicious. Last night I made meatloaf, mashed potatoes and green beans using the pot in pot method and dinner was ready in 15 minutes. Fish in 3 minutes?? Yes please. Lol. I did join FB groups to see how to really use it and get some tips and recipes. So far it's been amazing to have, especially with a DH who works late.

I watched a bunch of you tube videos to get more comfortable with it.

It helps once you see someone else do it a bunch of times. Different tips too.

Some use a towel over the steam release, some just point it away. Some use an oven mitt and a long wooden spoon to release the pressure. Some just wait for the pressure to be released naturally. You'll get the jist once you start using it, and then it's no big deal.

Ok so my first attempt was a failure. I followed a recipe where I marinate chicken & leave them wrapped in foil while cooking. They came out uncooked & sot of boiled. It was bad. I'll try again.
