Did anyone get their notice from Maidenbaum yesterday reg property tax savings?

I am glad I used them! My taxes went down and my lender is cutting me a check for excess in escrow and they are lowing my escrow payment by $100/month!

I use them, got a reduction of $1500. but stinks they take 1/2. still savings!

They are a law firm that specialize in tax abatement. I am very happy with the results!

Did you tell your bank? How did you do that?
My bank (Wells) sends me an escrow analysis once a year or at least i think its once a year! Last year they concluded that my monthly escrow was too high and they refunded me the excess and lowered my payment by $100.
When I got my bill from the attorney I called Wells to see if they could do another analysis as my taxes went down over $2k! It was just a coincidence that they had recently did this on their own and the letter explaining a further refund and additional decrease was on its way!
Def give your bank a call!

Can someone explain this to me? I am sorry for the stupid question.
But what comps do they look at? Is this based on the assessed value? I just don't get it.

yup! last year went down 1400 then this yea we r down another 1000! totally pumped! 2400 in 2 years!

I have been using them for years but and will be sending in the form today. I was going to do it myself but then we would of had to put down our home dormer cost. They need to know rebovations within the past 3 yrs.
