There is an armoire and dresser I really like that are a little on the "pricier" side and I really dont have a need to buy the matching crib (that is also a bit$$) because it converts to a full bed which I have no use for (we will need a twin when the time comes due to space)...

I can get a cheaper crib but am worried it won't match exactly Chat Icon

Most likely we will do cherry I guess...

Anyone else mix/match brands ?

My crib, dresser, and bookshelf are from 3 different brands, 3 different stores. They're all black, so we're ok!

We mixed and matched. I already had a dresser that was Stanley Young America, but we didn't need the crib that converted so I just got a white crib that goes.

We mixed and matched different brands and colors. Crazy, I know. Be prepared for pics of our LO's nursery this week! Chat Icon

We did. We got a different low dresser/changing table and then a matching crib and dresser.

The only difference is the "feet" on the bottom of the furniture. No one notices!
