Not consistently. There were random days splattered throughout the first trimester when they were a little sore to the touch, but generally no, they were just "full" and veiny.

Mine were just sensitive to start off and have progressively gotten more painful and firmer now at 12w 5d.

i've seen women posting that they are so sensitive that they can't be touched.
I MIGHT'VE had that one time, but other than that...i just get an occasional stabbing pain, that's very sporadic and always stops me in my tracks (if i'm walking) and if i'm not....i'll just GRAB for my boob....because it's out of nowhere!

I didn't have any soreness at all in the beginning. I am 18 weeks now I've had sore boobs the last couple of weeks, and I feel small stabbing like pains and this week started feeling kind of tingly sensations

Mine didn't hurt at all until the third trimester. From about Week 28 or so, they have started to be extremely sensitive.
