Did anyone see Perez Hilton on Ellen? Do you believe him?

I was surprised to even see him as a guest on her show, because she is all about positivity. She specifically said she never goes to his site and didn't invite him to the show, but he asked if he could come on.

After the bully-suicide two weeks ago, Ellen has had that as a topic, reaching out to kids who feel bullied to show them that a lot of people have gone through it and there is hope.

Then Perez comes on, who is known for his snarky comments on his site and apologizes up and down and says a lot of people told him he's a bully and he didn't realize it until now. That he's going to change, and still be "sassy" but not mean. Ellen called him on the word "sassy" and said - that could just be another word for mean, are you REALLY going to change or not?

I thought it was great, and I hope he sticks to what he said. She even said to him - you're going to lose money, can you deal with that? And he said he wasn't doing it for the money. We'll see.

Oh and one thing that I read here a lot that he said was that he always justified the meanness by saying that celebrities chose to be in the spotlight so it was ok - but it was just BS meant to make him feel better about what he was doing and saying.

I don't know that I believe him but it sounds like he's starting to become a grownup.

He's the biggest bully of them all!!!

Calling women such horrible names, Outing Gay Celebs who weren't ready to come out. The list goes on & on.

IF he has indeed turned over a new leaf, the proof will be in the pudding. He can talk and make Video proclamations all he wants, but he needs to follow through.

I honestly dont think hes bad. Hes DEF not as bad as other celeb bloggers..have you READ Dlisted? lol

he is a bully, he reminds me of a kid picked on @ school and now this is his revenge. I don't think he will change bc he will lose the money he is making

I took to me while to even realize it was him! He looks so different! I was just channel surfing for a few minutes..

To me, it doesn't matter to me if there are worse people out there; it doesn't detract from what he does. It's like someone getting caught stealing a pencil from a store and saying "But that guy stole TWO pencils!". Either way, they're both thieves.

Fact is, people look for snarky people or bullies or whatever you want to call them because it allows them to laugh along with them, without feeling guilty because they didn't write it.

So people like Perez Hilton (who I could totally see as the picked-on kid who is getting revenge) will always be in demand by their audience, right or not.

And kids reading it will think "Hey, this guy does it, he's an adult and he makes money with it so it must be ok for me to bully people too."
