I watched last weeks and this weeks altogether so I may mix up some stuff

Ben finds out that the neighbors across the street had a son that died, he went to their house and saw pictures of him covered in bruises and a child abuse report. So he started an investigation on them. He found out that they moved to the States from England after he (the husband) had gotten hit with a sexual misconduct suit at the last place he worked....he's a doctor. Ben did all kinds of investigation...had a guy that he was working for look into them. Accused the doctor in front of a dinner party of killing his son and killing Tom....just to find out that the son had hemophilia and they had no idea. People assumed they were beating him but they weren't, he went to a foster family who beat him to death.

The older daughter Natalie thought she was pregnant...she is not. Ben thought that his friend that lives in the house in the back slept with her but he didn't.

Cornell confronted Ben at the end about drunk dialing Jess the night that Tom died and he said he didnt'. Apparently he called the wrong number and left a voicemail for Jess saying he wasn't sure what was going to happen tomorrow and that he was so sorry.

Ben and the wife seem to be getting along better.

i'm trying to remember the important stuff

Oh the sexual misconduct suit was because he and his wife are half brother and sister...which is why their son had hemophilia. They left town because everyone found out.

I can't remember if the flashlight part happened last week or this week?

After all that....does anyone know who did it? OR think they know?
