Did my immune testing today! Update on me.
Today DH and I did the immune testing in home. If anyone is looking into doing it in home the fee is $50 per person but was worth it for us bc DH can't take off and go to the city. It is getting Fedex'd to Reprosource today. We tested NK cells and DQ Alpha Match. They say 12 days for results. I'm hoping we finally get some answers but I always say this and there are never any answers. Did any unexplained ladies out there get results that showed something from immune testing?
I spoke with the office manager at SIRM on Monday and figured out all the financials. I have a phone appointment with my nurse on Monday. We should be cycling most likely in April. So I guess I have officially changed REs!
I am still unsure if I should do the EFT (Endometrial Function test) from Yale and keep on thinking about it. UHHHH
I'm also still deciding about doing HGH.
Decisions, Decisions....
Thank you ladies for keeping me sane. You are the only people who knows our struggles.
Let's hope we get lots of BFPs on this board soon!

Glad you got it done! Hopefully it wont take too long for results. And I didnt know they could do the draw at home. I had it done at Kofinas office... TWICE. The first time the blood was caught up in one of the storms and all but one vial was damaged in transit so I had to go back the next week to draw it again. If I had known I would have asked to have the repeat done at home and for FedEx to pay the $50 fee!
Edit: my immune testing showed elevated NK cells and borderline cytokines, but I have a known autoimmune condition so I wasnt surprised to see it come back with something. Kofinas recommended intralipids and prednisone for the immune issues

Thank you! Reprosource said 12 days. I have heard of some ladies getting the results in less and some in like 3 weeks. We shall see. Oh man that is so annoying your blood was damaged in transit. Thats my fear. I said to the lady, you are gonna send it out today right? She said yeah but now I will worry about if they got it or not. For us $50 is worth it because DH would of had to take like 3 hours off of work to get into NYC and he just started a new job. I rather him take off for my ER.
Thanks for sharing what your tests showed and what you used. Seems like lots of ladies do intralipids. I also see some people use Levonox. Any idea what thats used for?
My tests will probably show nothing as usual but its worth a shot.
