Did my own bikini wax
well i tried to do my own to save money ...it came out ok but i have some bruised spots.....not sure why ....I hope it goes away...anyone ever experience this

Sorry you hurt yourself!
If I am going to wax myself, I'll first apply some baby powder to help the hairs adhere better to the wax. Then I make sure I don't put too much wax on at once. Pull the hairs quickly and hold the skin taut. Once you're done, try to put on some skin soothing/calming lotion (I know the Sally Hansen waxes come with this). If you keep doing it, you'll get better at it.
