I never have - not even for Egypt or South Africa or South America (Brazil, Chile). But I ask my Dr. anyway.

I did but only when I went to china - b/c our program told us it was really necessary. But no not when I traveled anywhere else.
What type of vaccinations are you speaking of - some of the Hep ones are good no matter where you are.
LIJ has a travel dept and they can tell you if you really need them or if they are only suggestions. Also where are you going - that makes a lot of difference.

We're going to Egypt in Janaury. I checked the CDC website and it says that nothing is required, but hepatitis and a few others are always good to have.
I might have to get some anyway, though, totally unrelated to the trip. Will head over to my Dr.

I did - when I went to Brazil
Yellow Fever, TB shot and Malaria Pills
The Malaria and the TB were mandatory, but the doc recommend Yellow Fever, so I just got the shot

Same here. My DH travels to China regularly (several times a year minimum and he's also in rural China more often than not) and he's never had to get any immunizations.
