did you hear about what happened at Island 16?
my mom said that when a theatre that was SUPPOSED to be The Last Mimzy---a kids movie--- someone messed up (or palyed a horrible joke) and put on The Hills Have Eyes 2.
Apparently the first scene is.... disturbing to say the LEAST.
these poor kids are going to be scarred for life!

My Dh was telling me about this yesterday...
He said- he dosent understand how they didnt realize that it wasnt the right movie immediately...
Like you said- he said the 1st scene is VERY VERY disturbing!

I'm sorry, but IMO, I think all of the talk of suing and eye rolling is a little much. I can only imagine how horrible that was for the parents and kids but what is it that everyone would like the theater to do? If it was truly a mistake, granted, it's a really bad one, but none of us are perfect - mistakes happen in this world. If it was done as a joke by some brainless worker there, I would think and hope that the theater will deal with him/her appropriately.
To say that people should sue, I think, is ridiculous. We live in such a greedy, sue-happy society...and for that, I'm rolling my eyes
