Did you know? Shout Color Catcher Oooo, it worked!!!!
The directions say to put the color catcher sheet, into a delicates bag, and place it at the back of the drum, of the front loading washer? Well, I'll be finding out soon, if it works!!! I'm washing three different shades of green pullover knit sweaters, the darker one having not been washed yet!!! Hope it works!!! Mary

Re: Did you know? Shout Color Catcher Oooo, it worked!!!!
It works great! We had carpet beetles in our house over the summer (eww they were nasty) and they eat clothes!! We had to wash EVERY single piece of clothing in hot water in order to kill them (or so we were told, didn't work) so I didn't want to be bothered by separating colors etc since it was so much wash so I just bought the sheets and they worked wonders, nothing ran!
And in case you were wondering, our landlord hired an exterminator and the beetles are gone lol!

Whoa, carpet beetles? Yukky!! I know how that goes though. There have been a few mass washings in this household too, in years past!!! I'm am really happy that someone invented this product!!! And it did work, because the sheet was green!!!! I'm going to have to buy these sheets by the truckload!!! Mary

The only thing that I don't like about them is that there are hardly any sheets in the box and it's expensive

I agree, there aren't many in the box, but usually inside each box is a coupon for your next box. I only use them once in a while, I usually try to separate well. But when I wash stuff, especially dark colors for the first time, I usually try to use them.
And FYI: they also work to get colors OUT of a fabric after it has already been "bled" onto. I once had a white sweatshirt that got red on it (just from lying the red shirt on top of the white for a while). I washed the white in hot water with the color catcher and all the red came out!

Good to know they work!. This might be a stupid Q but does it matter if you use it with hot water or cold? Reason I ask is bc I have a shirt with a color stain on it (bled from something) I never threw it away bc I love it , so maybe I'll try and see if the sheets work, but the shirt has to be washed in cold water.
