Did you laminate the photos you placed in your baby book? People say to do so...

I have a really cute Carters baby book that I'm working on while DS sleeps. A few people have said to me to run out and get laminating paper to laminate the sono pics and photos because in time it will turn color.

Has anyone laminated their photos before placing them in the baby book?

I scanned those pics and printed them out on photo paper. I use an album and scrapbooking supplies that are archival safe to preserve the pictures.
