I think Trump is very afraid that he will be taken in to custody. He's basically hiding.

Yep, you got it!
I am hoping that today or tomorrow we see some sort of action taken by Congress. I know he only has two weeks left but he is dangerous and cannot be trusted. They need to either invoke the 25th or impeach and remove him right away. This should've ALL been done WAY sooner than this but after yesterday, it's clear he needs to be taken out of the WH ASAP.

The transition of power takes place over 2 months.
You can’t act like a toddler for 1.5 months and then decide the last day will suddenly be “peaceful”. That ship has already sailed.
