Did you use a supplement to increase your milk supply?
My milk supply is either dropping or just not keeping up with DS's appetite. When I feed him, it seems to not be enough for him. I've tried to pump more frequently but I can only get about 4 ounces at a time. I used to get more when I pumped when I was engorged.
How can I increase my milk supply? Did you use a supplement to increase your milk supply?
I gave DS a serving of formula this week and felt so guilty. I would really like EBF is possible until he starts solids at least.

Fenugreek tea is good. I also hear that fenugreek in powdered form is even better. Oatmeal is very good too and more water! Seriously- water, water, water! Drink up right as you are BFing!
Try pumping in between feedings, even a little. The more BM you ask of you body the more it will produce.
DON'T supplement with formula! It will only lower your supply! Remember, supply and demand!
Best of luck!
Edited because I missed the fac tthat you do own a pump.

Supplementing will not increase your supply, it will decrease it.
Try More Milk Plus (the liquid). They sell it @ Whole Foods and most health food stores. It worked wonders for me.
Pump after DS nurses..even if nothing is coming out, it will stimulate more production. More demand will boost your supply.
