Did your baby flip?

I am 29 weeks tomorrow and up until yesterday I always felt kicks in my lower abdomin (pelvis area) Now all of a sudden I am feeling something below my ribs? Did she flip over so now she is head down? Did this happen to anyone else or is she punching me???

Honestly, for me it was always hard to tell where her butt was or her head.

I also had the different periods of kicking, though I mostly felt it in my ribs - I carry high.

It was not until my early 30 week appt that the dr. felt the baby and said the head was down that I knew the head from the butt.

Your baby probably turned head down, which is the way you want them to be!!!
I am 37 weeks and have been feeling the pressure of what I think is the baby stretching right up under my ribs for about a month now.....

i'm 28 weeks sometimes i feel her in my ribs, sometimes my mid belly and other times in my very lower abdomen. she's al over the place!

My baby was head down starting at at least 29 weeks(thats when the drs. confirmed it). I feel mostly kicks and squirms up by where the feet are, but still feel a weird squirmy feelings really down low which must be the head pivoting and sometimes I feel movement over by where the back is...but everytime the dr checks(which is weekly) the baby is in the same position.

I'm also 29 weeks. I'm not sure if my baby is head down or not...she might be. I feel gentle little pokes way down low, like she's going to stick her little hand out and wave at me, and then I see something protruding out of my belly button or right next to it almost daily. It could be a leg, which would mean she's head down...

She's not long enough yet to hit my ribs (thank God), but I'm tall and she's soooo low. She'd have to be really long to reach I think.

Yes, they do flip, and they may flip again a few times before your due date. Mine was head down late last week, but today and yesterday I felt hiccups up near my ribs, so I'm worried the baby is now in a breech position. Not great at 36 weeks!

Most likely, your baby will turn a few times before being born.

Yes. At my 29 week appt the baby was head down all good. By 31 weeks it was head up and I was feeling kicks in my pelvis area. Now I think he/she may be sideways!

I tell my dr I am the mother to a little aqua gymnast in there.....
