Did your MIL do this?
We were out to dinner with my IL's last night and my MIL stalks my registry.
I don't even stalk my registry and I thought it was weird that she does. Anyone else's?

 My MIL could have cared less about my registry - We literally had to go to her to say "What are you going to buy because there is nothing left?"
Why does she stalk it though - to try and figure out who's buying you what?

yeah, i don't think mine looked too often even though she bought one of the big items off of it. i'm pretty sure that was the ONLY tiem she looked at it!
my mom and grandma, however, DID stalk my registry. when they came up for the shower, they had copies from over time where they'd print it out, update it and print a new one...they all but had a map of the store!

MIL started asking about certain items and whether or not they were still on there. She asked about the car seat  and DH told her is was bought over 2 weeks ago and her response was "I look at the registry a couple of times a week and it was still there last week".
I have to admit, it really weirded me out!

Thank you! I really thought it was. Especially since DH asked her not to buy anything off it since she already bought the furniture. He asked that she wait before she does that

It's strange but there may be a reason behind it.
I had Joseph 2 weeks before my shower. The car seat was off of the registry & we could take him home. Luckily Lauren was the one who bought it.

I don't think it's strange. It just sounds like she's excited for you. What is strange is that one of my Mom's random friends used to stalk mine!

hahahahaha- Yes, when we first started our registry, we just put a few things on there to get it started. MIL was telling us all of the stuff that we still needed to put on there- and even DH's Grandma was telling us the same thing! lol. It didnt matter how many times we told them we were going to put more stuff on there- they just kept going! I'm pretty sure MIL stalks my registry more than I do now! lol.

Yes, she actually went to BRU on Saturday and had it printed out. She is very excited as this is her first grandchild....

I can see my MIL doing this..only b/c she will want to make sure that we get everything that we want..she will probably go back to my registry, after the shower, and buy whats left.
