Diem from the MTV challenges has been diagnosed with colon cancer after collapsing while filming the new Challenge. She was airlifted to a NYC Hospital where they did surgery to remove the mass and found more tumors. She then got an infection and needed a second surgery.
I feel so horrible for this girl. To fight cancer 3 times and she's so young.... And such an advocate for the cause....
I'll be praying for her.

I saw this today from PEOPLE and my heart sank. I Saw her a ve weeks ago on news12 at a fundraiser in the hamptons and talking about how she beat cancer twice. It's just not fair

I could be wrong but I think that "Real World ExPlosion" season's cast hasn't been on a challenge yet. I think they will be on this season of the challenge. The rumor I read is that it's another battle of the exes

When I looked up the Challenge after reading this the leaked cast included people from the RR Ex-plosion and the show "Are you the one" (or something like that).
CT is on it  along with Wes, and Bananas and the other Johnny that came in 2nd... thats all I remember.
I wonder if they told the castmates and if they will show their reactions.
