Diet & Fitness Goals for 2011
Not necessarily resolutions (or they can be) but what are everyone's goals for 2011?
I have a whole list:
-Tone up and lose inches -Run a half marathon in under 2 hours -Run a 5k in under 26 minutes -Run at least 30 miles per week -Run my first full marathon

--Work out (at the gym) at least 4 days a week. --Eat more nutritious foods, vegetables & less junk food/snacks. --Become more fit & drop a few sizes. --Improve my endurance & strength. --Run my first full marathon (doing it May 1). --Run at least 10 races & set some new PR's.

go to zumba 3x a week try to limit soda and sugar sweets start running on the treadmill

- lose remaining baby weight... 5 lbs! Almost there. - continue running at least 3 times a week. - run winter and summer series 5ks, and as many others and i can... For fun! No time goals since i am starting over after babies. - run half marathon, no time goal just want to finish - eat healthier, more veggies less cookies and candy

-Complete the couch to 5k -Better stress management through yoga and meditation -Keep up with a food journal so I can hold myself accountable! (Its the only thing that works for me!)

-eat less junk and more natural foods -improve my 5k and half marathon times -run at least two half marathons -possibly run the nyc marathon again (and hopefully beat my time from last year)

My main goal is to just STAY FOCUSED!!!
-Track EVERYDAY on WW -workout more often - run at least 3x/week and do videos at least 2x/week -run more races - improve 5k time and get more 10ks under my belt -improve time for Cow Harbor -train for the Diva1/2 Marathon
