Diet Aids
Just curious for all of you that have gotten back to pre-pregnancy weight and not breastfed. Did you use a diet aid to help??

Well, I took Fahrenheit weight loss pills for about a month or two. I really didn't eat much, I would skip breakfast and lunch and just have dinner. But that's the way I was before I got pregnant. I love to eat...believe me...but I just felt so frustrated looking at the way my body changed. (I'm sure this probably wasn't the best thing for me either)
Now, 10 months afterward I'm down to 120...which is 15 pounds less than my pre-pregnancy weight. I'm now going to the gym 3-4 times a week and eating 3 meals a day. AND...I'm not taking diet pills either.
