Dieting Mommies...
How are you getting through the holidays? It's definitely easier being home than at work but yesterday when I was at my office, all the gift baskets were out and everytime I saw someone take a cookie or a piece of chocolate, I practically salivated. I dont know how I'll make it through next week  I know I shouldnt completely deprive myself but every single time I let myself have one, I have 10. I have no middle ground
I just need to fit into my jeans

of course it's hard...I find it easier at work because my meals are already preplanned...at home it's a free for all!
have you tried the ww fudgecicles they are yummy and can give you that chocolate fix you need!
