There's no difference as far as I know.
I've never heard of an OPT.

thats why i asked.
Also I saw someone post about BDing every other day after AF until you O?
What's that all about?

Not sure what you're asking.
Some people like to BD every other day after their period ends until they get a positive ovulation test. Then, they BD that day and the next three days.

BD (baby dancing = sex) every other day after AF (period) leaves until you O= ovulate. which you predict when you ovulate by these OPK's/OPT Ovulation Predictor...
