Different levels of nipples
We use Dr. Browns bottles and have the level 1, 2 and I think 3 nipples, as well as the Y cut. When do you switch and why?? TIA

They flow faster as the levels go up. We just started using our level 2 nipples and she is 11 weeks tomorrow. They usually say the recommended age. I think around 3 months is the average age for going to the next level.

I moved DD up to level 2 at 2 months. And level 3 at 4 months. She wasn't finishing her bottles with the slower nipples..so I tried the next one. I figured if she struggled with the faster flow I could just go back to the slower one..but she never did!
