Digital photo frames

I was thinking of getting this for my dad for Father's Day. Are there any of them, that you can pop a CD into, rather than a memory card or stick?

The problem is...my father is computer challenged. If he had to put the pictures himself on a memory card, he will call me 1000x every time he wants to change the pictures! My parents live on LI and I am in NJ, so I can't just stop by and do it for him.

I want to be able to mail him a CD, and he can pop it in. I know that there is one that I can subscribe to a telephone server (Cevia, I think), but I was looking for something not so complex.

Any ideas?
