Digital pics quality
Is it possible to have a bad batch? I ordered some pics online from a company I've used before and the quality isn't as sharp. Any tips?

Have the pictures been color corrected by you or anyone one else?
I would say it's the company - unless you have low resolution.

I had that happen once w/ Shutterfly. I emailed them, and the next day, they overnighted me a new batch - they were much, much sharper. With the new batch, they enclosed a prepaid envelope to send 1 pic back as an example. The customer service was great!
