Digital SLR cameras
I'm shopping for a new camera and
I'm considering the Canon Rebel XT. Does anyone have this? Or could you recommend yours.

I bought my DH a Nikon D50 for his b-day. it takes absolutely GORGEOUS pictures. he LOVES it!!!!!!!!!!!! I would def recommend it.

I have the Nikon D40 and love it!!!!!!!  Very similar to the D50
I have also heard that the Rebel is an excellent camera.

Nikon D70. Love it! Probably more camera than I need but it takes great shots.
If you're price shopping, I know someone that just picked up a $500 Nikon D70 with the lens at B&H Photo's open box specials.

I was just looking on line at the prices for the D70 and it's pretty expensive.
So that's a great price! I will definitley consider B&H.
