diiet pill - ever slim
Has anyone ever tried this? It is supposed to be for new monther's to lose weight. My baby was born 3 1/2 months ago and I still have 10 -15 pounds to go. I hate how I look and I really want to lose weight FAST. Does anyone have any suggestions?
I am going to Florida at the end of the month - June 25th. If I could be down even 5 pounds by then I would be ok

I would be careful about losing weight - particularly if you are BF'ing. I read something about the chemical breakdown in fat & breastmilk. I dont remember the specifics but said it was a negative.

I don't suggest diet pills of any kind. Good old fashioned hard work & discipline is what works best. That means diet and exercise. You can definitely lose 5 lbs by then just by cutting some calories and adding some light exercise.

I tried and it made me feel sick(nauseus & jittery). Sorry I didn't like them  And I really wanted to........

I just started them the other day. I don't feel dizzy or nauseous. I have tried other pills in the past that do make me feel like that. I feel like it does help some with curbing my appitite. I havent been strict about the dieting but definetly watching what I have been eating. I haven't gotten on the scale yet.
