Dilly Dally Preschool in Farmingdale - Yay/Nay?
I gave them a call last week. Spoke to the owner/director and got a GREAT VIBE from her. Just wanted to see if anyone here and any opinions?
I was a little taken back by their drop off/pick up procedure. For drop off the teacher comes to the car, takes DC out of car seat and into building. And for pick up the teacher comes out, puts DC in car seat, you drive away.
But I think I could get over it.

I've heard really great things about Dilly Dally. I think they're drop off/pick up procedure is like that because it's a busy road and it doesn't look like they have a parking lot.

I just want to say...I went to Dilly Dally 27 years ago!! and my sister went 8 years before THAT! So, they've been there a LONG time, they're obviously doing SOMETHING right!!!

Where is it exactly? I don't know anything about that school. So far I've only looked at St. Lukes and I'm going to Peanuts next week.

My neighbor raved about Dilly Dally but we went with St. Luke. I have heard lots of great things about it though. For the PP..it's on Merritts Road.
That's not a bad pick up/drop off situation...especially when it's raining or snowing.

Their drop-off and pick-up procedure is exactly why I did NOT go with Dilly Dally. I like going inside, getting DC settled, seeing what they are doing in their classroom, etc. All of mine are St. Lukes kids.

I was thinking it is probably nice when you have a younger child as well. Less work for mommy

My son goes to Peanuts and we love it there, although I have to say, the Pickup/drop off procedures would be a plus for me. It's a pain to lug the baby in/out all the time.

My brother went there 10 years ago and he seemed to do really like it. A lot of people I went to school went there.
I actually like the pick/drop off situation. When my brother went they didn't have that.
