Dim Sum?
Anyone know any good places for dim sum on Long Island? Want to do something different for a bridal shower but not sure where would be good.

bethpage on 107 - can't think of the name, but they do dim sum on sundays definitely. also minado in carle place is a japanese buffet. i think they have some dim sum.

The Orient is the one on 107 - the best chinese food I have ever had!

the BEST dim sum on LI is at Fortune Wheel in the Nassau Mall in Levittown (next door to BJ's). they are zagat rated and absolutely delicious! DH and i eat there almost every other weekend!

i have never seen this and yet i work not far from there and thought i knew every store and food place in that mall. i want to bring fh to try it out. we get sick of flushing and chinatown- too far to travel.

Definitely The Orient! We go there all the time for work. We have vendors from Florida and Denver that come just to go to Tommy's (that the owners name)

Hoi Ming in Oakdale, acroos from the West Sayville Gof Course./ The best on the island IMO.
