Diminished ovarian reserve

Just did first ivf which failed. Getting ready to do FET next week on a natural cycle. We are transferring 3 despite my age of 32. Any successes out there?! I am doing another blood test today to see my follicle count but I responded ok not great to ivf...8 eggs and only 5 fertilized ,half ICsi and half without. Only one of my eggs did anything on it's own.

FYI normal fsh in my case of about 5 every month..Lh is much lower than my fsh on monthly labs. My cycles got shorter in my 20s from 28 to 25 days plus started getting Lh surge on my monitor a lot earlier each month,say by day 10. Wonder if egg quality can still be ok in this case?

confused...how do you know you have dor? your fsh is 5'ish right?

i had the ovarian assesment report with dr b and it showed out of 1-20...20 being best that my reserve is a 1

Based on lab test,ivf,etc...I need to see what my value came back at,I don't know if I want to know! I feel blessed to have DD but this infertility journey is exhausting. I have only one tube as I had a hydrosalpinx from endo so I knew it would be tough,then I got pregnant naturally over a year ago and lost that toward the end of my first trimester....
My cycles got really short during the last year,I got pregnant naturally on a normal cycle for me but I noticed this cycle change for years and because I was so young I guess initially it was neer really thought to be an issue. I have a normal fsh. My estrogen is low too but during ivf I didn't see my estrogen rise until almost the very end. I didn't respond horrible but not great at all for my age. We also have issues with fertilization.

If ur fsh is nornmal I don't think u have diminished ovarian reserve, but other issues causing if probs. At least u have good eggs kwim? Def check out all your test results and what dies ur doic say about everything?

You can definitely have normal FSH and have DOR. Many people do...a good test to take to see your ovarian reserve is the AMH test. Some people like me have very high FSH and good ovarian reserve. Making 8 follies with meds at 32 does in fact seem to indicate some form of DOR...BUT..it may have been the protocol. You really have to look at FSH, AMH (ovarian reserve) and antral follicle counts to get a good picture of your reserve.

Although it is a board for high FSH, many of the women on it..particularly the women in your age group do not have high FSH, but only low DOR. Many of the other women have DOR because of their high FSH. GL!!

Just had Amh done..thnx so much for responding....hoping I Get pregnant on my frozen cycle,am nervous about putting 3 in,he's doing assisted hatching so maybe that will help
