Re: dinner ideas??
Steak (sirloin, pepper)
Chicken kabobs
Chicken Alfredo
DH makes fun of me because I can make chicken for 2 months without cooking the same thing. It's so universal! (Honey Caramel chicken, grilled chicken, baked chicken, chicken francaise, the list goes on!)
pot roast is another good meat, soooo yummy with potatoes!

Re: dinner ideas??
This is a Rachel Ray recipe for Cheese burger chili mac n cheese. My husband is very much a meat and potatoes kinda guy and we both love this. I make it a bit healthier my substituting wheat pasta and ground turkey. It works well as a left-over too, I just put some extra ketchup and mustard to keep it from being dry after I reheat it.... http://www.rachaelrayshow.com/food/recipes/cheeseburger-chili-mac-and-cheese/
