dinner party ideas
I'm hosting Bunco with the girls in November< i need ideas of what to serve to eat before we play..... I wanted to kinda keep it in the fall theme, but want to keep it somewhat simple.... anyone have any recipes or ideas on what I could do???

Love this idea. You can even do a regular meat chili, plus a vegetarian, or a white chicken chili. With crock-pots, you could even make it in advance.

i love the idea of toppings on chili... you can do shredded cheese, scallions, sour cream, tortilla pieces, guacamole, lime pieces, etc.
I would recommend two or three kinds of chili choices. One of those should be buffalo chicken chili mac from rachel ray it has elbow pasta and hot sauce and its always a hit.
Plus for sides you can corn bread, or tortilla chips, or corn muffins, or baked potatoes or rice.
