Dinner/Restaurant suggestions in Disney?
Can anyone recommend a restaurant for dinner at a Disney World park or resort? Not really expensive if possible. We're doing the breakfast buffet at Cape May one morning and we would like to have a nice dinner one night. Of course it has to be kid friendly! Thanks!

Spoodles on the Boardwalk is great. I have gone my last two visits and was very happy!
Portobello Yacht Club at Downtown Disney is excellent, but a bit pricer. House of Blues is also really good at Pleasure Island.
At Epcot my favorites are the sushi or hibachi place in 'China' or the resteraunt in Italy.
I would definately recommend reservations. We didn't have any and couldn't get into House of Blues this past visit. We also wanted to eat at Ohana's at the Polynesian and all we could get was 9pm, but it was worth it, DH loved it.
Have fun!

What's expensive? And how kid friendly do you want it to be.. kid friendly and nice are sort of a balance. it's either really kid friendly and themed, or it's "nice" but they do have crayans and certianly every disney restaurant knows how to deal with kids.
I love the California grill on the 15th floor of the contemporary. If you make reservations for 1 hour before fireworks, you can see them during dinner. it's very expensive though.
How about the castle? It's nice, and the kids will love to be inside the castle

I love going to The Primetime Cafe at mgm...I think that's what it's called. It's supposed to be like mom's home cooking from back in the day. Great atmosphere - fun place all around.

I actually love dinner in the castle. If you want to do this though, definitely make reservations ahead of time, especially if you want to see the fireworks show after dinner from inside the castle.

Also we really enjoyed Wolf Gang Puck's in Pleasure Island. There are 3 restaurants, go to the cafe.
