nope! I make 'em myself.

The easy version is to buy sausage (whatever you like) and take 1 out of the casing and stuff it into a pork chop that you make a little incision into and make a pocket. Secure with a toothpick. Depending, you can also wrap it with a slice of bacon. Pat dry and brown for about 4 minutes on both sides and put in a baking dish.

Saute a thinly sliced onion with some olive oil, a pat of butter, some white wine and chicken stock, reduce a little.

Pour over the pork chops and bake for about an hour at 350 degrees.

Enjoy!

I am making that fabulous Chicken Bruschetta recipe!!!

My DH loves it! (and so do I!)

I made it last night without the stuffing (DH started Atkins yesterday) and it came out SO GOOD! we didn't miss the stuffing at ALL.

ETA: I used canned tomatoes & onions instead of plain chopped tomatoes. makes a huge difference.

You should buy frozen aspragus - it is less money and I think tastes the same...

In the recipe it calls for Italian style diced tomatoes - so I bought the Del Monte diced tomoatoes with basil and garlic....very good!
