Discount Childrens Books
Where is a good place to find good deals/discounts on children's books? We love reading to our daughter but other than BJs it seems like kids books are just so expensive.
Thanks for the help!
PS I live in Lindenhurst, but I'm open to anyplace online or on the island!

TJ Maxx has kids books, $$ store, Family Dollar, Big Lots, Bargain books at Borders or B&N. A Book club? There are a few librarians on here so maybe some of them have ideas. I think one is named Booklady

Lindenhurst has a great library, and the ladies who work the check out counter are so nice. My aunt has worked there for many years now, and I've met many of her co-workers at family events and they are so friendly.
My library (I don't live in Lindy) has a used book sale 2x per year to raise money. People in the community donate books for it, it's not library books. There are always tons of kids books.
I've seen them at Once Upon A Child. Walmart has discounted prices. And Amazon is usually pretty inexpensive, and they usually have a decent selection in their sale area. Plus free shipping on orders of $25+

I joined the Children's Book of the Month club. You have to commit to buying three books, but you get to choose several when you first join. I think I got 9 books for $36.
Borders also has lots of great books in the discount section.

Tj's, and Marshalls have such great book selections and for great prices... Also when Scholastic books has their sale it is fantastic..
